Biography
Ron Rowland is president of Capital Cities Asset Management, a money management firm located in Austin, Texas. He is Executive Editor and Publisher of the All Star Fund Trader, a highly rated investment newsletter in its 19th year of publication. Additionally, he runs the InvestWithAnEdge website.
Ron is widely regarded as a leading ETF and mutual fund advisor as well as a sector rotation strategist. As a former mutual fund manager, Ron was a pioneer in using ETFs inside of mutual funds in 2000. He also served as the manager of a hedge fund in the early 1990s. He is currently on the board of directors for the National Association of Active Investment Managers (NAAIM).
