Chip welcomes back Bruce Zaro-- DGA's chief technical strategist and host of "The Chart Whisperer [3]"-- to the show this week.  Over the last 60 days, Bruce stated on a number of occasions that the market was building a base; now that it looks like stocks may have indeed put in a double-bottom, we'll see where Bruce sees things going from here.  He also discusses oil and gold.
