I just spent the last few days at The Money Show in San Francisco, where greenfaucet.com was a media partner. While there, we conducted a poll of 445 attendees and asked a simple question: are you bullish or bearish on the market between now and year end?

Early in the conference, the bears seemed to be carrying the day. Over the weekend, though, the bulls came storming back. The end result?

Bulls over bears, 61% to 39%.

Contrarians can't like that result!

So, from Friday's close of 1026 on the S&P 500 I will keep an eye on this to see how it plays out, and I will write another post at year end to compare how the market performed versus how the Money Show audience thought it would do.
