Next Week on Wall Street: Sell the Rally

The markets broke down big again this week on huge volume. That makes two of the last three weeks that we've had big declines in not an orderly fashion. We are currently very oversold and there is a potential for a bounce up from here. Investors who have been watching their investments decline recently should use any rally as an opportunity to move to the safety of cash.
