I'm guessing window art like you'll see below isn't typical in most parts of the country, but readers can tell me if I'm off base here.

In tony Newport Beach, the neighboring city directly to our South, you see things like this facing the busy Fashion Island intersection near Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) and MacArthur Blvd:

I'm a bit confused by this, but I'm no pop art aficianado. Maybe the the gardners and maids who travel PCH on their way to work in many of Newport's finest homes can make sense of this for us...
