A grade of F is considered Failure in school and is the grade that Barney Frank and company deserve in the handling of the mortage business for 15 years. A sudden change of heart by Frank needs to be supported by action. I expect however to see many democrats turn into cameleons during the next two months as they scurry for votes. I don't see any other reason that Frank would change now.
