So if Palin were President she would declare war on Iran. But since she doesn't remember anything she learned after 1st grade, she doesn't know that the President can't declare war on anybody, only congress can. But if Palin does get elected, will she remember which country to invade? Iraq or Iran...maybe she can write in on her glasses.
