Mr. Zigler, I guess you have shied away from, or are not interested in, providing Greenfaucet readers with an update on whether restrictions on speculators will be imposed. Perhaps it is too touchy a subject. Yet, interest must be great -- from the major players on down to local fuel dealers and homeowners in the east. The press in general seems to have forgotten about this. Even if there has been no action, there is a story in that, too. One way or the other, the effect on the national and wordwide economy is substantial.
