Resistance + Consolidation = Caution

The market ended up for the week, but had its share of struggles. The Stress Test, swine flu, recessionary economic data (but improving) and Chrysler files chapter 11 bankruptcy. NASDAQ 100 breaks out, S&P closed at 877 barely above resistance, Small Caps hit resistance and 8 of 10 major sectors are at resistance. What does all this add up to? Opportunity, simply put.
